- Account & Identity Data: name, email, password hash, role (user, manager, recruiter, admin).
- Application & Profile Data: job applications, notes, stages/status, attachments (CVs, cover letters), links, skills, experience, feedback, logs.
- Shared Application Data: recipients, sharing duration (e.g., 7 days), revoked/expired status.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser details, access logs.
- Security: tokens, sessions, optional 2FA (admin/manager).
- Support: contact messages, internal feedback.
3. How we use your data
- Provide and maintain the Service (contract).
- Enable tracking, notes, logs, and sharing (contract, legitimate interest).
- Secure the platform, enforce roles/2FA, detect abuse (legal obligation).
