2. Data we collect

Account & Identity Data: name, email, password hash, role (user, manager, recruiter, admin).
Application & Profile Data: job applications, notes, stages/status, attachments (CVs, cover letters), links, skills, experience, feedback, logs.
Shared Application Data: recipients, sharing duration (e.g., 7 days), revoked/expired status.
Technical Data: IP address, device/browser details, access logs.
Security: tokens, sessions, optional 2FA (admin/manager).
Support: contact messages, internal feedback.

3. How we use your data

Provide and maintain the Service (contract).
Enable tracking, notes, logs, and sharing (contract, legitimate interest).
Secure the platform, enforce roles/2FA, detect abuse (legal obligation).
Improve product features and user experience (legitimate interest).
Comply with laws or respond to legal requests (legal obligation).
Communicate service updates or support (contract).

You control sharing: when you share an application, recipients access it for up to 7 days (unless revoked).
Vendors: trusted providers under strict agreements.
Legal reasons: compliance, fraud, rights protection.

We never sell your personal data.
