By accessing and using Pyncer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Pyncer is a career infrastructure platform that helps you track job applications, manage contacts, store career documents, and organize your job search. The Service includes:

• Job application tracking (Scout)
• Contact management (Thread)
• Document storage (Vault)
• Application snapshots and timeline tracking
• Reminders and notifications

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pyncer. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Pyncer offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited applications, contacts, and vault documents
• Pro (£2.99/month or £29/year): Unlimited access to all features
• Pro Plus (£7.99/month): Pro features plus AI-powered capabilities
• Beta: Temporary Pro access for testing and feedback

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Beta users receive temporary Pro-level access for a limited time period. Beta access:

• Is granted at Pyncer's sole discretion
• Can be extended or revoked at any time
• Automatically reverts to Free tier upon expiry unless upgraded
• May include features that are experimental or under development

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or resell Service data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Pyncer. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. While we take data security seriously, we recommend keeping local copies of critical documents.

Active account data is retained indefinitely while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Pyncer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Job search outcomes or employment decisions
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Pyncer platform, including its design, features, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Your use of Pyncer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
